The next picture brings back happy memories. Nic wanted to be in the paper, and CJ was giving a lecture on UFO's. A publicity stunt seemed needed - so Nick's yellow car became black, and everyone was happy!

This nest shot is really rather odd. It was taken during the investigation of a purportedly haunted hotel in the West Country by Jon Jacobs (JJ) using an ordinary camera and IR film. There are plenty of explanations I am sure; but that is the bed where people have strange experiences (oo-err!) - in fact two of team experienced bizarre phenomena there - of an unnatural but sadly not sexy kind...

You are meant to observe the thin white line which comes down over the bed. And no - it was definitely not a hair on the lens. The cameraman had a completely shaved head at the time, and everyone says 'oo, it's a hair!' I have no idea what did cause it mind...

Finally, a quick shot of the brave investigators preparing to go off to an occult mystery, August 1st, 1930. Well, actually August 1st, 1998 - my friends preparing to play a Cthulhu Live rpg.

The night was noteable for Chris D's amazing acting - we all thought he had lost it for a while, Kali's amazing in-the-cupboard disappearing trick, and Rajiv as the cheese-cake-eating zombie!
